Bruce Wayne only gives the image of doing these things. If you even notice in Dark Knight, he comes to the party with all the women, grabs a glass of champagne, and then pours it out when he's alone. The above poster who said he treats his body like a temple is correct. He stays in top shape, and the only thing he does to mistreat his body is get it pummeled as he fights criminals every night.
