I think Snake coz when it comes down to pure CQC, without any sort of equipment, Snake is far more powerful
Batman is nothing without his gadgets. He even uses a bulletproof jacket for Christ's sake.
And if Snake smokes then Batman drinks and parties a lot. And he has sex every night with different women which could leave him drained.
It is better to die on one's feet
then live on one's knees
