But with the stadiums, I have no reason to make sure experience is equally distributed, and when a unit falls behind I just camp them on the stadium to catch back up so everyone is even. Some may consider this cheap and abusing the game, but I really don't care.

In Fire Emblems with stadiums, I generally will only use the stadiums to a certain point or only for weaker characters.  After a playthrough where I heavily abused the stadium, I came to realize that going through the game crushing everything wasn't really fun.  Take the strategy out of the game and it becomes just a boring walk from one side of the map to the other.

More power to you if that's what you enjoy though.

I completely understand that. I wouldn't say I abused them that bad, but after I lost my general I had no problem making a new one out of a low level knight the very next turn.
