I've been gaming for decades, and I've seen art styles change all the time. It was just in recent years that graphics have been evolving slowly across series. The Wii may even reverse that trend. You'll just have to live with it in that case.
And I did NOT call all the Madden fans graphics whores. It seems you just interpreted my comment that way. Don't twist my damn words.
Heck, by noting this comment, "other fans have stated they don't mind as long as the play is intact," that proves I didn't call all of you that.
So what made you think I called all Madden fans graphics whores?
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
