Not the same thing. Guerrilla had only made like...two games before Killzone 2. And they were both average. High Voltage has made tons of shovelware and is now making a high profile game. Plus, Guerrilla underwent a lot of staff changes (I think the company got at least 100 new employees while developing Killzone 2). Unless High Voltage has does the same and brought some serious new talent on board, it's not a good comparison. I'm not saying that The Conduit will be bad or that HV will do a bad job, but your analogy doesn't really work.
