What I don't get I suppose is why this is a good fit for Madden, since it's more sim than it is arcade game. Regardless of the look though, if they can make a sliding scale of features to fine tune the game for both sim and arcade fans, then I will absolutely buy this on top of my yearly 360 pick up.

This. These screens scream, "We're turning this into an arcade game!" I definitely don't want that.
