That's the big point...yes, Halo 3 will sell a lot of 360s. But can it create long-term demand? Uf MS sells a million 360s every month to the end of the year, then yeah, Halo 3 did the job really well. I think a much more likely scenario is that they sell close to million in September, then it drops off in October. In that case, Halo 3 still did its job, but it isn't changing the game.
Of course, I think most of us already know that Halo 3 isn't going to change the game...it just gives MS a big edge against Sony.
