I could highlight the parts where he said he didn't like that SE hadn't released any PS3 games.  Seemed like that was the motivating, main point to me, and that the other points were reasons why SE should have released on PS3. 

Plus, he wasn't trying to "bring you guys down" as 360 owners, which is what his first quote objected to.  He wasn't saying that the 360 games sucked, he was saying he wanted them on PS3 and faulted SE for not bringing them (Microsoft moneyhatting, sole cause).  Anyway, so your 2nd quote from him you offered didn't show him contradicting his first post.  Get your eyes checked.

Because you are jealous of what we have thats why.

SE has released not 1, not 2, but 3 games(Last Remnant, Infinite Undiscovery, Star Ocean The Last Hope) exclusively for a system that their main fanbase will not imbrace.

FFXIII's exclusivity to PS3 crushed to dust and made MP.

They keep treading the same road that has proven un successful to them (X360 only) when it comes to JRPG sales.

 

If this is not hypocritical then I dont know what is and Id want my eyes checked. And his first post in that thread was the mildest by the way.

I am not jealous of the 360 exclusive JRPGs, I am miffed at the fact SE has not released one for the PS3 yet. I dont even like the ones they have for 360. I am just saying in the time they have come out with three for one system, but not the one with their strongest fanbase.

And my second statement is  ONCE AGAIN not about MS or the 360, but about SE. I have beef with SE and their decisions, not the 360.

You are trying to make connections when there aren't any.

 

The connection is that you troll, are jealous, and "bring down others happiness" and then accuse other console owners (the fanboy type) of doing that. Look in the mirror first.

Where was I Trolling? I believe that snipit that someone took from my post was from the OP. I was detering the conversation, that WAS the conversation.

So when you made a sweeping generalisation that the "main fanbase" have PS3s and will not buy those JRPGs and "FFXIII exclusitivity was crushed", did you ever think of the 360 owners who bought the 360 to buy these SE games and FFXIII? So you are a main fan of SE because you have a PS3?

Um....because they are. Everyone knows that the FF franchise and SE as a whole is closely shackled with the Playstation brand name. JRPGs in general are known for being with Playstation. Do you think within a blink of an eye MS could steal that bond away? I think not.

What about claiming others of being jealous when you complained in that thread about lack of SE games (seriously this is so contradictory), and somehow you made a conscious decision (so you consciously decided to not buy SE JRPGs and then complain about it) and that we refuse to admit that your conscious decision is better than ours?

That is not jealousy of 360, its frustration of SE's actions. First off the JRPGs released from SE for consoles have all been subpar. I dont want those. Yet frequently brought up in such discussions is that the reason that SE is forsaking Sony is because the fanbase can't support them. Uh, HELLO! The MS route aint cutting it either! I bring up the notion that they are making 360 exclusives only and it hurts their game sales, hence the subpar performance.

And once again, was not even talking to YOU, but the main I was replying too. If someone is directly pointing at someone and says "you" it is not a generalization to anyone in the room.

I dont buy that. In my opinion, I think you need to talk more about games and less about the PS3 and its exclusives if you want to start accusing others of being jealous fanboys.

WHAT?! PS3 exclusives ARE GAMES, very good games at that.

And why was a conversation about SE/FFXIII even brought to this thread. This is about MAG. Everytime I get into somekind of debate with someone they slip SE in the conversation, completely detouring the conversation from it's roots. And this one trully makes me laugh because it was brought from....AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT FORUM TOPIC!!!
