If this were the case, then the other systems would have been declared dead two years ago. It is interesting how supply catches up to a demand that has been reduced by internal, external, and seasonal factors and some people think it is the end of the world -- even though the same phenomenon can be seen looking at the trends of the other consoles.

PS3 has been doing better as of late especially in Japan and it still hasn't reached a cost that would allow it to start finding its true market saturation point like $299 or $250.
