Definately Wii for motion ctrl and exclusives, and secondly PS3 for the Sony exlusives that are virtually gauranteed to not be on anything else but PS3 or PSP.
If you have a gaming PC then I think a 360 isn't worth it. I even joke with my mates that I use my PC for my "X-box exclusives". There just isn't enough that differentiates the 360 from PC in my mind.
