Most games you won't really want perfect 1:1. What matters is that the game accurately interprets the intent of the player by recognizing complex gestures. As the impressions explain, perfect 1:1 is a challenging thing for a player to fully comprehend when he's looking at the virtual world through a window and an avatar in the third person.

Best to wait for VR displays before thinking about implementing true 1:1.
