PS3 has no game to counter Halo ODST this year...

By the same measure I haven't seen any reasoning which would show us why Halo ODST is going to be huge other than:

"It's Halo"

 

Why list another reason? Halo is Halo, it's huge. Just like GT5. It's Gran Turismo, it's going to be huge too. When a franchise is huge, it can be expected to perform well, no additional explanation necessary.
