I'd upgrade the PSU and graphics card if you want to play games. I'd say 500W or above should be good for PSU and I've had good experience with Antec and Termaltake.
Not sure what the best GPU's are at the moment, probably an Nvidia GTX260? I think the current AMD/ATI cards are better mind, but someone else on the boards would probably be able to advise you on that.
Do that and you'd probably be able to run Crysis on High at about 720P res.
