Not really. Bluray could enjoy a long and productive life before this product is available to the mass market at reasonable prices.
What they don't touch on is read/write speed. A 100x increase in capacity isn't so hot if you can't pull the data off any faster than a DVD. Certain flash technologies look like they might offer similar storage at blazing speeds and prices which are low enough.
