No way it will pass in 3 months. The Wii will sell/ship about 3-3.5m units in the next 3 months, which will take it to around the 10m mark. But I think the 360 will sell 1-2m worldwide in the same time - due to Mass effect (its out before then... right?), the Elite and other games.
So maybe just AFTER that - say another 1-2 months. Around mid-August/September will be the crossover point.
But the 360 has a good chance of taking the lead again over Xmas - due to Halo 3 & GTA4. There will be a lot of 360's sitting on shelves (inventory from the start of the year), where the Wii will still struggle to meet demand (but this could change).

As before, it basically comes down to how quickly Nintendo can ramp up production.
