If you look at all games (not just 09 releases) that sold over 100k in 09 you get this picture

Wii = 8
PS3 = 9
X360 = 2
DS = 18
PSP = 7

overall, the PS3 is performing very well mostly on the back of new releases, while the DS is just a software beast with both new and old games alike.

edit: now if only they released some decent Wii games in japan it could pick up some more.

thats the big IF. nintendo has cinched Japan so maybe they don't care anymore
