There is a line of thinking that goes Nintendo won the first 2 gens (excluding prior to NES) then Sony won 2 so it's a cycle of two ergo Nintendo wins next gen by default.
Personally I don't subscribe to that thinking, but it's simply too early to say. We'll have to see what they come out with. I don't expect next gen to push graphics any further really, so it'll all be about immersion and appealing to the widest possible audience.
