Either:
1/ Nintendo are late on the surprise (maybe)
2/ Reggie got it wrong (mis-interpreted something coming from Ninty Japan)
3/ Its already happened (FireFlower festival / games? possibly - Sin & Punishment WAS a surprise...)
4/ It got canned, and moved to another date for some reason.
