The one with the most exclusive games. Most multiplatform HD games are also released on PC. Some (well, pretty many actually) 360 console exclusives are also released on PC but not all. Most PS3 exclusives are not released on PC but I suppose even some of them are. Wii games are pretty unique. That said, get the console which has the most interesting exclusive games. It's really up to you to know what games you are interested in.
Of course you could also go for PSP/DS if they have interesting games. They're also cheaper and have some great games.
