The only Gamecube game I know of with official online is Phantasy Star Online Card Battle.
I played SSX3 online, and I know tons and tons of people who played Socom on the PS2. I used to give my Action Replay to my co-worker so he could update the info at the official site.
Xbox had Xbox live, of course.
I tried to take my Dreamcast online. It definitely wasn't like Xbox Live, or anything. All I could get to work was the web browser. The only online game I bought was Quake 3, and since I never subscribed to Sega's online, I never played it online.
