Only a few of the 65nm cores are out on the market. I find it ridiculous that MS would make the same horrible mistake twice. So i highly doubt that this guy's Eliteis 65nm.

 The 65nm version is just the CPU.  The problems are with the GPU overheating,  shrinking down the CPU to 65nm won't fix the problem.  The GPU is not getting a die shrink. I've seen this discussion on the forums at advancedmn.
