It's an integral part of Big Bang cosmology. We can observe this from looking at/analyzing all the light particles.

 

@highwaystar - Exactly. Anyone who says something is "just a theory" and therefore not worth listening to probably slept through and/or failed high school science class.

 

 

Hey, that's not fair, it is a minor mistake, lots of people make it. I'm sure he knew what he meant really, lots of people get hypotheses and theories confused. Give him a break, I meant no malice in that comment.
