lol Fuzz...but a class action lawsuit only works for the lawyer filing it. I don't want to deal with any of that. In 2009 (When I will probably buy my next console) the PS3 may be less than $300 and have a few good games to play. Right now the 360 is winning in the game department, but if they don't get these hardware problems fixed then the PS3 will surely pass them up.
