I'm going to say a lot of it has to do with Wii Sports Resort. If it brings stability back to the Wii then well PS3 doesn't have much of a chance considering it's big release isn't until the latest part of the year.
But if WSR just phases over then it'll be close and probably the edge will go to PS3. So it really just depends on that Wii Sports Resort. Of course Tales of Graces, Monster Hunter 3, Samurai Warriors 3, Punch Out, and whatever Ninty's holiday title in Japan is will help out but WSR is the competition to FFXIII.
