They need a price drop, that's for sure. Bundles are nice, but there's something about seeing a low price that resonates, especially in tough economic times. My guess is that they will drop around E3, as will Microsoft. However, if Sony decides not to drop their price, then that will confirm that they aren't interested in selling large numbers of units (a long-term strategy), only in short-term financials.
Now, Nintendo SHOULD drop their price around E3, but since they don't have to, they will probably try to sop up as much money as they can now and lower when they feel their sales are soft.
