it was banned due to being too violent ( random public anyone and everyone shooting anyone and everyone for no reason and therefor promoting violence) as well as the much publisized death of Charles jean mendez who was killed in the London underground by the police for being mistaken for a terrorist and due to terror problems everywhere. They also didn't like the idea of kids going bang bang with the amount of teenagers going into school shooting up people.
Shame, since it was a badass advert!
