i believe that Wii has already won in Japan, Ps3 sales may be challenging but it will take mote than 10 years to reach Wii lifetime sales in Japan at this rate
FF13 will help Ps3, but DQ10 and MH3 will help Wii
WiiMotion Plus is very unpredictable, like Mario Kart and Wii Fit were unpredictable
