Well, it is hard to get my facts straight for Japan when Nintendo keeps a tight lip on what their future releases are. So yes you are right that they are launching it with only WSR that Japan might be interested in. I suppose they don't really care for tennis and golf. However, that is not to say that by Christmas there may be a must have title in Japan that uses WM+ besides WSR.
