I would certainly root for another Wii iteration, something that really took advantage of the console's capability. Moar FMV, though not too much longer than Radiant Dawn (then it would venture into the realm of too damn long), and of course, better graphics, and most importantly, the option of pointer integration (really should have done that for Radiant Dawn)
