Yeah, because MGS4 didn`t make around 500k first week and sold 77k PS3s at 39,900 yen AND that was just MGS game, not FF, which by far more popular in Japan.
Don`t undererstimate PlayStation power in Japan, MANY did and many FAILED.
PS3 will go on the road of PSP in terms of sales and will sell even better, since PS3 will have more 3rd party support and still has many momentum left in Japan:
Imagine PS3 PRICECUT.
Imagine PS3 SLIM.
Imagine Gran Turismo 5.
Imagine New PS3 colors.
Imagine Many JRPGs.
