Anything I should know beforehand? Do Pegasus Knights still have to be babied early on?

My only Pegasus Knight so far in FE6 is my second strongest unit.  She doubles most enemies and KOs them in 1-2 rounds.  She also seems to have a knack for dodging arrows.

This sounds like it was a terrifying learning experience.

Not as much as my nomad archer.

I didn't mean to end a turn when I did and she was attacked by 4 lance soldiers, 1 archer, and 1 mage.  The first lance guy put her down to 6 HP and basically guaranteed she was going to die from whatever hit her next.

I was about ready to reset but as I watched, she dodged every attack from the next 5 enemies and counter attacked to put all of them at half HP or below.  It was crazy but hilarious.
