Features you would like to see in the next PS3 update

-Ablilty to set a password for users

Picture
-Software for editing pictures
-Ablility to lock folders to one user name
-Ability to create sub folders
-Ability to scroll through pics quicker
-Make printing a backgound operation, allowing users to set up a number of pictures to print while still browseing the web or listening to music.
-Wireless transfer to PSP.

Music
-Allow users to background rip cds.
-Ability to create sub folders
-Option for continuos play, allowing users to continue from one album to the next without the need to manually tell the system to do so.
-Ability to stop a song, and pick back up were you left off, or just don't stop the music when users go to settings or the Store.
-Ability to chop songs, and create your own medlys or ringtones.
-Wireless transfer to PSP.

Video
-Video editing/creating software, allowing users to place songs to family photos and upload to youtube.
-Ability to create sub folders
-Wireless transfer to PSP.

Network
-An RSS Channel, allowing users to find RSS feeds for video, audio, and text, and transfer the feeds over to PSP.
-Enhance the web browser to support more flash options.
-Allow users to print page from web browser.
-Allow users to name content being downloaded.
-Allow users to choose specific folder for downloaded content.
-Give an option to force the browser to turn off when problems occur.
-Add the skype feature from PSP.

Freinds list
-Allow users to send audio/video messages
-Allow users to start a chat room, and continue it in game, across multiple games.
-Show freinds trophie level, and total next to their name.
-Allow people to use pics from HDD for their PSN image, or their Home avatar.

Other enhancments/features
-Allow PS3's to comunicate between each other via wifi so users with multiple PS3's don't have to duplicate every piece of content.
-Give US PS2 B/C. Even if it is just through the store. Allow people to pay a dollar to get the code needed to run their games off PS2 discs if it is a huge financial burden.
-Make it so users can unlock zipped folders.
-Integrate Home directly into the XMB.
-Allow for in-game web browseing.

That is the things I can think of off the top of my head that I want from future updates. I also have some ideas for how services are run, but that is for another thread.
