Oh god, where to begin?
First of all, you think PS3 and Wii difference is based on piracy? Laughable. There are at least 10 more important reasons then that. Price? Motion controls? Target markets? Any of that?
Next, how would be PSP be at 21.62? PSP was released in 2005, PS3 2007. Unless you are saying even people that don't pirate wouldn't buy one because you can't pirate games.
Your main point is like Kasz's and is part true, but your logic is off.
