A very big RPG series and the Wii version hasn't even sold 500k!" Ok. So a great game in an increasingly unprofitable genre. A "very big" RPG which can't move 500k units... sigh. Costs are going up across the board, and profits here are going down. No one said this would be a system seller, did they? Chances are they won't get a sequel at this rate. |
Not necesarily unprofitable genre. Costs are going up yes, but the genre's popularity has stayed near the same. You need to compare to the sales to other JRPGs.
And this game is a system seller. There are people here who have bought a PS3 for Valkyria Chronicles.
