Your numbers sound about right, but no console maker will start adding a 20GB HDD drive to a console. Today at NewEgg.Com every HDD that falls below $50 is at a minimum 80GB. If you want a 40GB drive you need to spend closer to $60 and 20GB arent even offered.
If MS thought about adding a HDD to the Arcade it likely be an 80GB drive. Other SKUs would also recieve adjustments likely to 160GB and 320GB. You wont see this though. Likely that over the summer the Pro and Elite will get more cost effective HDDs and the Arcade will stay HDDless.
Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.
