I played both equally and Wrpg are just better, because the stories are better suited for American tastes.Mass effect, Fallout 3 and fable 2 where some of the best story telling ive heared in a videogame in a long time.
On the Jrpg side i played infinte undiscovery, star ocean 4, and tale of vesperia.Theses games are fun when you get to fight, but become very bad in story department.Im not saying theres no story at all, just there kind of formulaic.All guys look like girl,annoying kids,save the world, and etc...
