Hello. I'm new here, but not a stranger to gaming news. Now I have to say that this isn't as bad a reflection on Microsoft as it seems. I'm not approving of their actions, but the article seems to stuff its points to make the situation seem dire and full of doom and gloom, especially by quoting blog reactions, rather than actual news reports.
The thing is that the system is still selling, and the games are selling. It's whether the sales can keep up tha matters.
And if this causes the shipping report habit to fade away, then I'm glad this happened.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
