Too much ignorance to correct all at once, but let's start with this one.

Nintendo has never, ever been close to going out of business since entering the video game market. In fact, Nintendo has posted a better profit than Sony's Computer Entertainment division every single year, with the sole exception of 2003. Sony is closer to insolvency right now than Nintendo has ever been in the past three decades.
