There are only 2 titles with enough power to make a difference anymore, Final Fantasy in Japan, and Gran Turismo 5 everywhere.

Final Fantasy and GT5 are big enough to help increase PS3 sales this year over last year in Japan.... which is why I have PS3 selling 1.3 million rather than the 900k-ish it would have done without them.

For the rest of the world, short term sales are less influenced by games, but GT5 is still huge enough to make a decent difference.... but something like God of War is not.

@BHR-3. Haha... nice one, I am often listening to that song on GTA Vice City, or was it GTAIII... one of them anyhow.

i think Uncharted2 and the New Ratchet will do some damage theres a high possibility of a ps3 price cut this fall as well did u see my thread on my analysis of ps3 sales for this holiday season? I think my thoughts in that thread will come back to haunt most on this site thinking im just a joker wen comes to analyzing sales
