Yeah, I'm writing a report on Internet and IPTV censorship and came across this. I'm not sure but I think it may be part ulterior retaliation for the collapse of the EESC DRM strategy.
But then again I think it only takes one country to object to stop it... I believe?!? Come on Ireland hurry up and protest against it.
