I understand his point. He says that the casual way Noc seems to carrying himself is similar to Squall's non chalant behavior.

Though admitedly I might be biased towards Noctis because of seeing him slaughter an army on his own on the First Versus trailer and not seeing Lightning do anything cool so far.
