I don't see how it's a big threat. Most people buy cell phones to use them as cell phones and not play games on it... 43M userbase and how many of those are going to buy games? The userbase isn't as big as the sales for this thing you know...
Pretty much every game on it sucks as well. Seriously the MGS touch thing and wolfenstein are terrible. People will always buy Nintendo handhelds for the exclusives alone. Pokemon and mario? Yeah, think so.
