Honestly, that's the only thing I feel hasn't declined in the series - The music. I think it's still great in the newer Sonic games. But I dunno, maybe I'm in the minority there.

 

Aside from some theme songs (SEVEN RINGS IN HAND), I agree with you actually. Sonic Unleashed had a great soundtrack.

 

 

I wonder why music is the only thing they've been getting really right lately :p
