The PS3's motion is completely different than the wii's motion and much more limited.
This is like arguing that kirby could perform better on the PSP than the DS. Well it could use a d-pad, but then it wouldn't be the same game.
Meanwhile, the type of graphics Madworld uses does not take high cpu and gpu power to render. So the graphics would not be much "better" on ps3 or 360. It would be overkill if anything. |
We are obviously not going to come to an agreement here but waggling the wiimote is no different from waggling the Dualshock 3. The game does not register you swinging from left to right or right to left. You get the same effect if you throw the Wiimote, drop it to the floor, move it back and forth, etc...
If it used WM+ then you would have an argument.
DS3 can do the waggle/jerking motions, I would need to jerk the DS3 forward to get my dragon to do a 180 in LAIR. Tilt it to control my aircraft in Warhawk. It can be used in the same way Mario Kart Wii is controlled as well.
I own both so I know this to be true.

Can the DS3 do circle motions based on ir or thrust motion because both of these are in madworld and I don believe Ds3 can pull those motions off since it's basically a tilt dectector.
|
Well I read that Madworld does not make use of the IR pointer.
Yes, DS3 can do thrust motion. Like I said, in LAIR it was required to thrust your controller forward to perform a 180 degree turn.
I know they are not exactly the same thing in every way, I am arguing that Madworld can easily be done on the PS3 and perform just as well. I am not saying it would perform better.

How about this then would rather shake the DS3 a hundred times in less than a minute or the wiimote? You do that heavily in madworld and I got tired shaking the DS3 in Folklore which by far has the most shaking required in any PS3 game.
