Where did you ever read that?
The disc instal is to reduce noise and load times, nothing more.
Disc swap has been there since the PS1 (PCs had installs), I doubt it'll be a problem to anyone...
And I'm gonna laugh hard when the game's is 60GB+ uncompressed and SE decides to put it on 2 BR with install while compressed it'll hold on 4 360DVDs without installs =)
