I think that they are pushing it more, but they are not shifting first party studios to PSP development at all, they are just encouraging 3rd parties, and hopefully it will pick up software sales
I think we will definitely see a new model at E3, and I hope that there is some combination with SE and Walkman, the new Idou phone and X series walkmans have OLED touchscreens, so hopefully that will come to PSP for multimedia functions, and maybe mini games (like iPod touch)
