If you discovered a cure for a horrible illness, what would you do?

Nah.  I've said before i believe medical care is a right, so i'd be a total hypocrite here if i became part of a system which stratified care according to wealth. 

If you ever get the chance to walk around an oncology or respiratory ward, do it and then tell me you'd  be asking for money before you help those people.

p.s. I'd make my money by going on Oprah, and promoting my new book and associated movie about how i saved the whole damn world;)
