| TheSource said: Apparently Call of Duty 4 has done almost 500,000 on DS after debuting to sales 36,000 in month one (November 2007) GTA: DS did 89,000 in a single month. Now for a DS game it could be relatively front loaded, but if it gets to anything close to reaching a lifetime total 14 times higher than its launch month total, it has to be considered a slow burning, long term hit. It could easily do something like this in the Americas in 2009: Mar ~ 100k April ~ 80k May ~ 60k June ~ 40k July ~ 30k Aug ~ 25k Sept ~ 25k Oct ~ 20k Nov ~ 30k Dec ~ 50k

So you see about 460k in Americas alone throughout the year. Europe will have good sales for CW well. Even if it sells 1 million,it will get panned as a flop because it didn't sell as much as GTAs before it.

Just check the most recent VGC poll. A majority of voters just outright say they hate the Wii.
