Then i demand to stop getting banned everytime i say its not as powerful as an xbox. Damn mod said i was lying.

Well it is more powerful than the Xbox.  The problem is not so much power but rather effort.   Coding for the Xbox isn't much different than a PC itself so it makes things very easy for them to bring about certain graphic effects.  The Wii can out muscle the Xbox without problem provided it is utilized properly.

The analogy is this.  Car A has 400 HP but has anti-lock brakes, traction control, and a host of other features while Car B has 600 HP but is much harder to learn to control because it doesn't have those features.   Car B is still the faster car and given a good driver which best Car A all day long but most drivers (read: developers) are Car A drivers.

Well technically i got banned for saying the PS2 rivaled the Wii in power...

and i may or may not have called someone a pussy.

Lol, well I can't help you much with that second part but the PS2 doesn't rival the Wii in overall capabiilities.  There can be said that some facets it does do better than Wii such as the fact it could output some games at 1080i resolution but that's a hardware limited factor on Wii and not really horsepower.   The Wii can do 1080i because the fill rate dictates how many pixels can be rendered and the Wii has plenty of muscle to do it.

The biggest problem with these kinds of debates is that different architectures aren't directly comparable on a per number basis.  For example, the GC's CPU was clocked at 485 Mhz and the Xbox's CPU was clocked at 733 Mhz.  The numbers make the Xbox CPU look almost twice as powerful but in reality the GC processor was on par performance wise because it was built on copper (as is Wii) instead of aluminum which allowed it to perform more operations per clock cycle.

To be honest, if you're not really familiar with how they work and what the numbers truly mean, it's best not to try and compare the consoles.   This is precisely why Nintendo decided not to reveal the actual hardware specifications for Wii because most people won't be able to put them in proper context and will instead comapre numbers directly.
