i have my GC controller, is the classic worth it though? it looks uncomfortable w/o a grip

I'll also add that the Gamecube controller kind of sucks to play SNES games, in particular.

 

Not having the grip isn't too bad either.  I also prefer the d-pad on the classic over d-pad on Wiimote.  However, I suppose you could use d-pad on GCN controller.  If you are going to d/l and play a lot of SNES games then you should probably get at least one classic.
